I'm a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a background in the tech industry, where I held senior roles at both startups and FTSE 100 companies.
My path into fitness wasn't traditional. I didn't grow up loving sport. In fact, I used to skip sports at school. As an adult, I was diagnosed with autism and an autoimmune condition, and I live with a long-term back injury.
Eight years ago, a routine health check revealed dangerously high cholesterol. That moment forced me to rethink my health.
What started as training for one obstacle race slowly turned into a passion for strength training, consistent movement, and building habits that actually last.
Today, I help others do the same.
