This option is ideal if you want consistent support, regular feedback, and faster progress. Weekly sessions allow us to build a routine together while making adjustments as your strength and confidence grow.
After the first month, if you feel the coaching isn't the right fit, you can receive a full refund.

This plan is great if you already have some experience exercising but would still like regular guidance and expert feedback. We meet every other week to review progress, refine your technique, and adjust your training plan when needed.
You will still have the structure of a personalised programme, while maintaining more independence in your weekly training.
Training with friends can make exercise more fun, motivating, and supportive. In small group coaching sessions, you and three friends or family members train together in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
