    Nicolina works with anyone interested in strength training, from complete beginners to lifters stuck in a rut and wanting more structure and accountability in their workout programmes. Her approach is calm, sensory-friendly, inclusive and flexible.

  • Is there a free trial?

    Nicolina is confident in her habit-building coaching approach and in-person sessions. If for whatever reason it’s not the right time or fit, she offers a money-back guarantee within the first month for ongoing coaching plans, taking the risk out of the equation.

  • What services does Nicolina offer?

    Weekly & bi-weekly personal training plans: with ongoing check-ins and support (£300 / £150 per month)

    Small group coaching: bring friends and train together (£30 per person / 4 people)

    Personalised training plan: If you would like to train more than once a week or a different session duration, reach out to negotiate a plan based on your exact requirements.

  • Where do sessions take place?

    Sessions run at private studios in central London, allowing to avoid the busyness and potential overwhelm of a big gym.

  • What if these locations are not good?

    If you’d be interested in working with Nicolina, we can agree on an online-only coaching programme. If you are London-based, Nicolina can propose private PT studios in your area for an ongoing coaching programme commitment.
